FAQs For T-shirt Printing
Is there a minimum order?
We have NO MINIMUM. Small or large orders receive the same attention.
How long does it take?
Approximately seven (7) working days depending on the nature of the order and the time of the year. Contact us for rush orders.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on 4 variables:
- Garment style
- The number of colors in the print
- The number of prints on the garment (front only or front & back etc.)
- The number of garments to be printed
Can I mix garment styles?
Yes, you can mix the sizes/colors of the garments as long as the print artwork is all the same size/color.
What kind of art do I need ?
Vector images are best: ai, eps, svg or vectorized pdf. Other format like jpeg, png, psd should be at 300dpi.
Can you do all overprinting?
No, we don’t offer that service.
I'm in a rush, can you print very quickly?
If you are in a rush and have the correct files we can help you. A rush fee will be applied to the order
Where (locations) can you print on my clothing?
Left chest, center chest, upper back, middle back, lower back, and sleeves.
How are shirts packaged?
We fold the shirts by size and color and we pack them in dozen.
How long does the screen printing last on a shirt?
The plastisol ink we use for screen printing is very durable and will hold up for years. We recommend machine-washing your screen-printed t-shirts inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low (unless the garment tag calls for a different drying procedure). We do not recommend dry-cleaning any screen-printed garments.
Can you print special effect inks?
Yes, we can do puff, metallic, sparkle and more. There is an additional charge for specialty inks.
Do you have organic or sustainable t-shirts?
No, not at this time.
Can you do embroidery on one shirt?
Embroidery requires 12 garments minimum.
